Storage Tank policy
Our Storage Tank policy covers leaks, spills or releases from scheduled storage tanks which start after coverage is in place. The policy's stand-alone limit of liability and deductible provisions meet federal and state requirements. Coverage includes the costs of remediation of contaminated property, losses which might result in bodily injury or property damage, and defense costs.

Dealer and Repair policy
In addition to coverage for your scheduled tanks, we also provide coverage for new pollution events which occur on site from non-storage tank events. Coverage may include liability for spills that occur during the transportation of materials off site and for pollution events coming from a non-owned disposal site.
